Health information. Please only share health details that are relevant to your coaching. If you choose to tell us about an injury or health condition, we use it only to judge whether a programme is suitable and to coach you safely, on the basis of your explicit consent. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
You do not have to give us any information, but we cannot send a guide without an email address or deliver coaching without the details above.
We only send marketing emails to people who signed up for them. You have the right to object to direct marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us, and we will stop. 1:1 applications and corporate enquiries are not added to the marketing list.
We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run JALO, and they handle information on our behalf or as part of their own service:
Each provider has its own privacy notice. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Some of these providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the EU and the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations or on the contractual safeguards those providers put in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
To use any of these, email support@jalowellness.com. There is normally no charge and we will respond within one month.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have a legal or similarly significant effect. The quiz simply adds up your answers to suggest a free guide.
jalowellness.com does not use advertising pixels or retargeting, and sets no analytics cookies. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and which buttons and forms are used. It works without cookies, does not track you across sites or devices, and does not collect information that identifies you. The site stores a small marker in your browser for the length of your visit, so that the assessment prompt and the free-guide sign-up card are not shown to you again once you have closed or used them. Payhip and Trainerize set their own cookies on their checkout pages, and YouTube or Instagram may do so if you follow a link to them.
If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please email support@jalowellness.com first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
We will update this page if what we do with personal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
